The environment needs a helping hand and Limerick Citizens can assist by making an eco-pledge, drop in to the launch of a new website: Eco Pledge I Made It on the first day of European Week For Waste Reduction. The pledges are simple but by committing to make simple changes in our habits such as choosing tap water, making a shopping list, eating left-overs we can all make a huge difference to the environment by preventing waste and saving resources. Crescent College TY students will be on hand to help you make your pledge to prevent waste. Everyone who pledges will be presented with a customised drinking bottle to promote drinking tap water.
