This video was taken on the third floor of the Mayflower building at Pennhurst Asylum on June 5, 2016 during the Paracon event. Nothing experienced at the time. Only picked this up after reviewing the pictures and videos later. Anxious for opinions from those with experience in such matters / analyzing audio. The voice, if that's what it is, is heard at approximately 34 seconds in. It sounds like a breathy "No". Or, it could be nothing.
