Even though this tortoise pen had bad ratings and is way too expensive, I bought it for the window so I can see my tortoises as I sit at the dinner table.Now that I have it...it is not worth the cost. If you do not have an alternative, get someone skilled to help you put it together. It was a lot of work, but it is done now and I hope it lasts a long long time. I also really wish that company would care a little more about making a quality product and have some kind of customer service rather than pocketing huge profits from sales...OR I wish another company would design a nice habitat like it. There was also no reason why the glass was just wrapped in thin plastic wrap and not enclosed in strong cardboard. Very careless in this area.
