I'm such a clown for Posie it's not even funny anymore..
If you told me when S4 of Legacies aired I would vid Posie twice in the first three weeks LMAOOO? I would have never believed you. I didn't even think I was going to vid them once.. Josie isn't even mentioning Penelope by name but we know she's referencing their relationship and every single time I find the need to vid them π
"For once I want someone to love me enough to stay." This line has such a deep meaning aaaaaa. I went on a rant on twitter because I saw Josie getting hate for it and sure it doesn't make Penelope look good but I also think it's very valid for Josie to feel this way. She hasn't seen or even spoke to (that we know of) Penelope since their last kiss so it's been years since Penelope left her and she still feels abandoned. We know that Penelope left because Josie would never put herself first and since that's the whole point of the merge, Penelope couldn't watch Josie die. She still left because of the merge so Josie's insecurities thinks that Penelope left because she didn't love her enough when in reality Penelope left because she loved Josie TOO much. It's literally canon that all Josie wanted after everything was for Penelope to stay and that truly breaks my heart.
To be honest, I didn't think I would actually vid them because I worked all day today and well starting yesterday I work 5 days in a row so vidding was not on my mind and here we are... This song popped up on my spotify and it screamed Posie to me so here have a short vidlet since it was all I had time for π€
I don't think Penelope will come back but all these mentions just proves that the writers know Penelope is the best and most loved love interest Josie has ever had for her to keep mentioning her. It seems like they're trying to make up what they ruined with Posie with Josie&Finch and they're cute but they just don't have chemistry for me rip.
