SURPRISE TARANTULA WEEK!! During the upcoming days I'll be posting remakes of Tarantula demos and dubplate special in chronological order. Let's see how many there are till I run out! Starting off with the first version.

Spyda shoutout: Pendulum
Earliest date known: 2004-09-11, played by Pendulum at Empire Leisure Plaza (as part ofaccelerated culture)
Standard demo intro with pendulum shoutout. buildup has a breakbeat that's only heard in one other version. a unique drop starts with "tarantula" lyrics, followed by an instrumental bit. snare is different from other demos (noisier). outro is drumloop solo followed by top layer solo with string layer

the official instrumental of Midnight Runner is pretty much the same as the release version 🤷♀️
the only difference is that its either unmastered or an early master. otherwise seems to be the same base render
