Inkquiring Minds | Pen Resurrection Sunday Ep 64 1952 Parker Vacumatic Emerald Pearl @InkquiringMinds | Uploaded June 2024 | Updated October 2024, 2 days ago.
Today's fountain pen back from the dead, is a 1952 Parker Vacumatic in Emerald Pearl. It is a generation three Vacumatic made in Canada, four years after Parker USA discontinued the model. This pen threw me a number of curves. It had a broken nib tine, but I successfully performed a "nibectomy" and made it into a smooth 1.0 stub.
