This is an ongoing series reviewing Pen Kits and other Kits that are available in the UK.
If you are new to turning pens there will be a lot of things that may help you along the way. Even if you are a seasoned pen turner you may find some things in here that you had not thought about.

In this part I look at the Gear Shift Pen from pen-kits.co.uk. Available in Gold, Chrome and Gun Metal, where I've gone for the Chrome.

The quality on the main parts of the pen are very good, I just find the details are not finished as well as they could be. It's also available at other places which I discuss about from Pen Kits And Bitz.
