- muscles: levator ani, coccygeus, levator prostatae, puboprostaticus, pubovaginalis, puborectalis
- ligamentous structures: anococcygeal ligament, anococcygeal body, sacrospinous ligament
- urogenital hiatus
- pudendal nerve
