Pelindo Solusi Digital operates Indonesia’s national ports and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle AI Database 26ai to simplify and standardize critical port operations across its nationwide network. Following the merger of four regional port operators into one company, Pelindo Solusi Digital needed to replace a complex environment of disconnected systems, multiple data centers, and fragmented operations with a unified platform that could support highly regulated, always-on services.

By moving core applications to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Pelindo Solusi Digital improved reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, integration, and operational transparency. The organization now supports critical workloads that help manage the movement of goods, information, and payments while providing greater visibility across national port operations.

Pelindo Solusi Digital is also building a national logistics ecosystem that enables cargo owners, shipping lines, government agencies, and other ecosystem participants to exchange data more efficiently.
