Hello fellow Chairs! Today I play as the Nation of Pegu who is arguably a top 3 Tall oriented nation. They receive dev cost in their ideas, monuments, and tons of estuaries and natural harbors that can be found within grasslands and farmlands.

PLUS, Pegu's mission tree is really good for Tall gameplay as it is not focused on as much conquest as other trees, but rather trading and subjugation of larger nations while giving you permanent development cost modifiers for the rest of the game!
