After 2 years of use, it has collapsed permanently on my side! I'm 6ft 250lbs

Our new memory foam mattress arrived in a smallish box, so I thought it might be interesting to watch it expand after being unboxed and unwrapped. We liked it at first when we made the video, but after a year or so it started sinking in the middle.
