There have been 5 pedestrians killed on Las Vegas roads in the past week or so.
Hal Goldblatt, a well-known member of our community, was hit and nearly killed last November.
He was in a marked crosswalk when he was hit.
He says there's a reason his life was spared. He wants everyone to hear his story and to be safer on the roads.
According to LVMPD Traffic
July 10: Deadly hit and run Nellis and Washington, 1 dead
July 8: Motorcycle collides with a pedestrian Spring Mountain and Edmond, 2 dead
July 8: SUV hits a pedestrian at Lake Mead and H Street, 1 dead
July 2: SUV hits a pedestrian at Twain Ave. and University Center, 1 dead
