This Chia Seed Pudding with Peanut Butter and Chocolate flavor is unreal. Similar flavors to a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup with so much flavor yet it's still quite nutritious. I add a Banana as a natural sweetener, with some coconut sugar but you can substitute for preferred sweetener or leave it out. This can be made on a budget for about $1 per serving.
Recipe
- 1 Banana (Medium sized)
- 5 tbsp of Chia Seeds
- 1 1/2 Cups of Almond Milk
- 1 tsp of Vanilla
- 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp of Cacao Powder
- 1- 2 tbsp of sweetener (Optional)
- Chopped Almonds (Optional Topping)
- Shredded Coconut (Optional Topping)
- Sliced Banana (Optional Topping)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, Mash the bananas into a smooth paste. Add Chia Seeds, Cacao Powder, Peanut Butter, Vanilla, and Almond Milk. Add Sweetener to taste. Separate into 2 servings
2. Refrigerate for minimum 20 minutes up to 24 hours. It will start to thicken and congeal.
3. Remove from fridge and top with any toppings.
