Peanut Butter and Jelly Cake Recipe:
For the cake:
200g unsalted butter
3 tablespoons peanut butter (smooth)
4 large eggs
200g caster sugar
150g natural yogurt
200g self-raising flour

For the icing I used:
two tubs of pre mixed icing
four table spoons of peanut butter
(If your icing is too thick add a few teaspoons of water)
