Ever since Johns Hopkins Peabody Conservatory launched its Dance BFA in 2018, founding chair danah bella has led the program to new heights. In addition to training performing artists, the program emphasizes interdisciplinary exploration, teaching students the connections between dance, science, music, and medicine. Students also gain expertise in other areas, like choreography, citizen artistry, movement therapy, and non-traditional approaches to pedagogy.
