More info on what's going on in Portland. Former disgraced mayor who gave everyone the right to sleep/camp ANYWHERE they want.. is now cleaning up trash and has solutions. Not saying he's totally wrong, but he helped create this mess. He was mayor right before Ted Wheeler.
