This is the PC version of Need for Speed Shift, played in full HD 1920x1080. Graphics settings are all on maximum except shadows which is set to medium, but there is almost no visible difference between that and highest shadow quality. System specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8150 eight-core (3.6 GHz overclocked to 4.6 GHz)
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT (512 MB VRAM)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
This 9800 GT is getting a little bit dated now, but it handles this game great still even at 1920x1080 as long as don't use higher than 2x anti-aliasing. Since I had to use Fraps to record this, the game takes a performance hit from it. It is noticeably smoother when not recording.
I know, I'm not that great of a driver in Shift yet. I just installed it last night though, I haven't had much practice so far. I love Shift, at first I didn't really care for it because I was used to the driving mechanics in Hot Pursuit 2010, Most Wanted 1, etc... It grew fast on me though, I love how realistic it is. It's a nice change of pace for NFS. It almost doesn't feel like it's even an NFS game.
