Where to buy the RGB Amp

Voultar's THS7374-based board This is a great TG-16 / PCE amp that sends RGBs through the high-quality THS7374 amplifier that's had the filter turned off for the sharpest possible output. This is the board I used

Mickcris'THS7374-based board: This amp is another THS7374-based solution (filter off) that outputs a high quality image. This board is very inexpensive and a great choice. Please note that this board doesn't route sync, so you'll need to use composite video as sync, or build your own sync circuit. In many cases, simply using composite video as sync works fine.
