I don't play many simulator games, but when I do it's usually mechanical. PC Building Simulator is in Early Access on Steam and one of the few games in the simulator genre that I've found attractive.
The last sim game I played was Car Mechanic Simulator and not only was it a lot of fun, but also a great tool to refresh my car knowledge and learn some new things. No doubt PC Building Simulator will do the same for me and many other PC building enthusiasts.
