This team is definetly not a VGC team. Its what I like to call a 'Sore Loser' type of team. If you see a team that consists of Choice Scarf Kyogre, Extremekiller Arceus and Dark Void Darkrai all in one team, its evident this guy just battles to win, rather than having fun with coming up with different teams. the fact the opponent disconnected at the end of the battle can be proof how this guy is one of these trainers.
I don't know whether Kyogre had choice scarf because Groudon and Ho-oh werent invested in speed anyway, and I don't know if Darkrai had Dark Void, but chances are Darkrai did have it. I didnt know what was up with Ludicolo with that it kept spamming Leech Seed on the low health pokemon rather than trying to knock them out
Also, Groudon and Ho-oh have full EVs in special defense, hence why both of them managed to withstand Water Spout on the first turn.
