Once again, its a trainer who does not equip items on some of their pokemon. Pikachu NEEDS a light ball, its stats are not good enough on their own. Although Pikachu can use a focus sash-counter strategy which wouldnt be expected. Anyways, Linoone gets breif action although it doesnt get to perform its true strategy.
