You are not imagining things, this is a special scizor sweep. Although its not exactly a sweep because Omastar and Zapdos did get some action, but they didnt really make too much of an impact, especially Omastar because he had pretty bad aim with his Hydro Pump, lol.
Also the times I used Ominous wind, were times when I was trying to get the 10% stat boost at times when I wasnt concerned on needing to do big damage, because I could simply roost off the damage if I needed to.
There were a few instances where I was put into a tight spot, but the opponent made weird times to switch out, which also helped my Scizor in this one.

This battle was originally 14 minutes long, so I had to cut out alot of transitions during the first half of the battle.
