Its nothing to do with hail teams. This is another battle featuring my latest uber team for doubles, which has been doing well in alot of battles. Even Darkrai has to watch out, thanks to Giratina's Magic Coat.
This battle marks the debut of a key supporter in the team, Ghost Arceus, who is the main user of Icy Wind. Arceus is trained in speed and HP, so it is pretty fast and it can take hits fairly well. It cant deal out as much damage with no EVs in special attack, but its attacks can still deal decent damage.
Double battle tip: I heavily reccomend equiping protect on your pokemon in Doubles, because there are alot of situations where having protect can turn games in your favour if you know when to use it. I hope to demonstrate why Protect is a useful move in future battles.
