Runes bug gives you 2160% attack speed make champions like Jhin beyond broken. Basically attack speed on Jhin's converts to AD and on his 4th shot he gain bonus movement speed base on his damage.
Edit: THE BUG WAS REPORTED ON THE PBE AND NOW SEEM TO BE FIXED, NO NEED TO BE SALTY, IT'S PBE AND BUG LIKE THIS EXIST WITH EVERY UPDATE.
