The observance of the Lord's Supper is not only a command by Jesus for Christians but is also one of the most solemn parts of our worship of the Saviour. Today, though, it is under attack by the pagan and neo-pagan world, just like so much of the Christian faith. It is as if we are being plunged back into the Dark Ages where paganism rose up to question and rival the very truths upon which our faith is predicated. Is the Lord's Supper something which originated in the worship of the God of the Bible or was it stolen from pagan worship that already existed?
In this important message, Pastor Ray McBerry destroys the neo-pagan arguments against the Lord's Supper, along with their stories of dying and rising gods of antiquity.
