Many of us spend hours on social media instead of doing things that help us grow. Our brain can improve if we use it, but it weakens if we don’t. Also, not everything we see online is true, especially with AI. That’s why critical thinking is so important. So the question is: Will you keep wasting time on screens, or will you build a better future?
