- Lead Guard must be a modifier
Heist specific additions:
- Secure correct Uma Ladette painting (not the fake one)
- No smashing glass (burn it or lockpick it)

TM$ Light essentially removes the restriction of having to instantly mask up as I believe its straight up impossible on Diamond District.
Threat Detection hasnt resurfaced for a while so they may have disabled that modifier due to the feedback given about the modifiers.
