The TM$ Challenge consists of the following requirements:
Solo
Highest Difficulty
No Skills
No Equipment/Items/Throwables
Pacifist
All loot
Heavy Armor
No Glitching
No Favors
Heist-specific additions:
No VIP card (use the speakers objective to access VIP club area)
Loot may disappear (bug), if it's optional loot, you're allowed to ignore it (stash it somewhere savely), if it's the main objective loot, you're allowed to have a player join you at the end of the heist to secure it for you. As long as the video still represents the challenge's intention and doesn't compromise it too hard, I'll allow these runs (they literally happened to my runs).

We got very pdLucky with this seed as it was literally the first one we found. Took like 10-20 restarts for the pieces to fall into place but it was pretty smoot sailing.
We pre-scouted all the locations of things and the code first before going for the run.
Also by the time of recording it, its literally world-record for a Co-Op seed (it also beat the 3 and 4 players records). The record was a duo run of 3:24.
