This is a playthrough of how I got the Crowd Control Achievement on heist Road Rage. You can let anything happen to the 8 hostages(die/escape) and complete the heist on at least hard difficulty.
1. find all 8 hostage
2. move them to a location near the truck ramp at the end (you can move two hostages at a time by letting one follow and using one as a shield)
3. 1 person defend and the others complete the heist
4. you can die and have even one player compete the mission to make sure the hostages are not killed or rescued.
I made sure none had time to escape by dying on purpose at the end on top of them while my teammates escaped. The achievement isn't difficult to do just need teammates that know the heist to complete in the usual 7-8 minutes.
