Was this change needed? Not really. But was it deserved? Unfortunately yet. However I think the speedull nerfs were too far. The other changes for the notes are great, but I don't know what OVERKILL's intentions are.

Also I'm really surprised YoutTube didn't complain about this video needing a manual review. Their automated checks are always inconsistent.
