Started playing some Payday 2 again, and found this glitch. Not sure if some specific event causes it, but your character will go through a reload animation, but the gun will not reload. You can also ADS while the animation plays. You can fix it by switching weapons, firing, or inspecting your weapon. I've only encountered this with shotguns, and found it pretty funny.
