Missed Payday 2's hostage rescue team? Well, here's a mod that not only restores the HRT, but turns every single enemy into a HRT member. This mod should work on all difficulties.
For this video, I used the Big Party mutator that comes with the Full Speed Swarm mod. However, the mod itself already spawns a pretty high number of HRT on its own.
Also, Frenzy + Anarchist + ICTV on normal = invincible
