We got to play the Super Mario Party Jamboree demo at this year's PAX West!

The demo seemingly has nine minigames, but event hosts were only allowing the first six minigames to be played. The demo area was also a bit cramped so apologies for the weird angles and for missing a chunk of the fourth minigame. I also grabbed more of the audio, but voices and other game demos can still be heard.

Each demo is locked with the same set of characters: Mario, Peach, Pauline, and Ninji. Timestamps for each of the six minigames:
