Tarmac's management planning and resource tool has been developed to optimise the overall integrated delivery and installation offering. We are able with the use of integrated automation to capacity plan our asphalt requirements, volume and haulage fleet capacity. This ensures the correct levels of resource are allocated to any given scheme and allow for calculated resilience in the plan.
Realtime tracking, and analysis of performance against the paving plan, allows for amendments to accommodate any changes during the works, whilst ensuring activity optimisation is maintained.
Our intuitive planning tool allows for analysis of efficiency to be scrutinised to identify areas for improvement and elimination of waste.
Site record keeping, RAMS, onsite attendance, briefings, compliance testing, weather and local conditions, including defects, can be captured live and form part of the digital record.
