In this video I show you how I make a patriotic bicycle wheel wreath using the DollarTtree bicycle wheel wreath frame. Materials used are from the Dollar Tree with the exception of the bow. I hope you enjoy! A materials list is down below.

MATERIALS:
1 Dollar Tree bicycle wheel wreath frame
zip ties
floral of your choice. I used Dollar Tree florals
1 small sign. I used Dollar Tree sign
hot glue
scissors
wire cutters
a bow. My ribbons for my bow are from Hobby Lobby
pipe cleaners for attaching your sign
paint of your choice for the wheel frame. I used Rustoleum in the color red
