To create the Patriotic Big-Eyed Lady, I used the following mobile apps :
1- PROCREATE: The eyes enlarged with liquify tool; The Iris was colorized solid green, added black pupil; colorized face.
2- MUG LIFE: Animated the photo to give it life-like movement.
3- LUMA FUSION: Using ChromaKey tool, removed green color of iris, and added the American flag.
