In this video I show you how I mad a patriotic cross wreath using the cross wreath frame from Dollar Tree and I also used floral from the Dollar Tree. Below is a materials list of everything that I used.

MATERIALS:
1 Cross wreath frame from Dollar Tree
24 pipe cleaners or 12 pipe cleaners cut in half
floral of your choice
hot glue/hot glue gun
2 rolls of 10" x 10 yards deco mesh or 1 roll 10"x10 yards deco mesh if only using one color. Cut the mesh to 10" long so you will have 10x10" square and you will need 24 squares.
24 zip ties I used 4" zip ties but any size will work.
