Actor Patrick Wilson, who currently stars in the 2021 film The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It, stopped by Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ to challenge the Jersey Devil Coaster – the world’s tallest, fastest and longest single-rail coaster – which recently debuted to the public. Six Flags captured Wilson’s ride on camera as he plunged 13 stories and flew with the devil through five intense elements at speeds nearing 60 mph.
The fabled Jersey Devil is known to have stalked the Pine Barrens for hundreds of years, just at the edge of The World's Ultimate Thrill Park, Six Flags Great Adventure. Wilson, an award-winning actor and singer most recently known for his leading roles in the supernatural horror franchises Insidious and The Conjuring, was well prepared to dance with the devil. “That was really good, come ride it,” he said at the end of his inaugural run. He spent the rest of the day enjoying the park’s other record-breaking coasters and thrill rides with his family.
