Police are investigating the death of a patient at a nursing home in the Charlotte area.

Captain Greg Bello said the Rochester Police Department responded to Waterview Heights Rehabilitation & Nursing Center around 6:30 a.m. Monday for a report that a patient fell from a third-floor window.

Bello said first responders found a man in his 60s on the ground. He died at the scene.
