This is the Frost Blades build I used for the 2-week race. It is a champion, using Resolute Technique (non-crit). It took me to level 92 before I died to a volatile. The RIP can be seen here: youtube.com/watch?v=A3TuuW1mAB4

To level this I recommend dual wielding physical damage based weapons together with Sunder all the way up until you get 2 Touch of Anguish. From there you can start using Frost Blades.

Unless something changes I will be making a full build guide for this build for 3.0.
