This is a build guide for my bow blade vortex occultist. The build can deal with any content in the game, including the Shaper.
Build details such as gem setup, gear and current skill-tree can be found by going to my profile and clicking the character "LiftingLegacyBro".

How to level this build:
Level 1-12: Freeze Pulse + Fire Trap
Level 12+: Blade Vortex + whatever supports you can until you get the ones suggested in the guide.
Suggested leveling gear (change out of it as needed):
- 2x Lifesprig Wands
- Wanderlust
- Obliteration Wand
Use this setup until you can get a legacy Soul Strike:
1x Obliteration Wand/Decay Weapon + high ES shield.
Around level 69 I suggest you swap into Chaos Inoculation. This means you have to spec OUT of all the life nodes I have suggested in the 2 first leveling trees. After having specced into CI you should have a minimum of 6000 (with Discipline activated) ES before continuing.

Bandits: Kill them all, on each difficulty!
Build thresholds (minimum requirements:
Uber lab: 8000 ES & Level 18-19 Blade Vortex.
Shaper: 10.000 ES & Level 20+ Blade Vortex & Delirium Weapon.
