Act 3 in Path of Exile 2 is home to two secret gear vendors hidden in the jungle that can sell good Magic and Rare gear for gold! Gwendolyn Albright in the Jungle Ruins sells Armour of at least Magic rarity and Sebastian Carroway in Infested Barrens sells Weapons of Magic or Rare. Both can reset their gear every so often (check in after every couple levels while you clear Act 3!) so are great ways to gear up if you're struggling!
