Path of Exile 2 is not even out yet but I cannot stop the theory crafting from spewing out of me! What if we wanted to go for a lightning themed build for the Monk? What have people been missing in their playthroughs? what solutions can I offer and how would I build it? All information gathered from public playthroughs.
