NEWS! It is no longer possible to switch to a weapon (like bumpmines) while controlling the canon, so you need a teammate to control the canon for you now. Maybe there is a new way to do it solo now, but I need time to find it. You can still get stuck in the canon though, so it's still a good spot if you want to do more than a 2 bumpmine stuck spot.
Thanks to Mantra for finding lack of canon collision and Cheesus for finding the "front" move canon spot.
