I am very fortunate to have been included in this excellent documentary series which focuses on the Modular Synthesizer community. From patch.cv:
this six-part series sets the stage by defining the origins of modular synthesis featuring exclusive interviews with two of the biggest composer counterparts in synthesis, Morton Subotnick and Herb Deutsch. These men were the composers behind the technologies of Don Buchla and Bob Moog respectively and offer their musical insights into the thought process that influenced the design of these innovative modular systems.
We also get perspectives from some of the brilliant minds in the field including film composer Mark Isham, long-time educator, composer and mentor Todd Barton and developer/composer Peter Grenader. Episode one also includes insights and performances from these renowned artists and developers:
