And a video longer than a minute from Jewel?!?! No way man.
Yeah, I guess you can say I made a reaction video after like a very long time.
Except this one is not legit in the slightest.
Just thought I’d make something for this April fools day joke for fun.
I didn’t want to do a “quitting video” or do a RickRoll because that’s super overused in April Fools day videos and very predictable.
So I wanted to do it sort of my way, with effort but still just bad on purpose like I’ve done for the past two years with Elizabeth memes.
I originally planned out an Eddsworld April fools day joke, actually!
Basically the title and thumbnail would lead you to believe it was some Tord “angst” video but the video itself would consist of Tord doing the “you just got coconut malled” meme.
But I decided against it because 1. That feels way too predictable yet again. 2. I don’t want to even mention “angst” in any one of my Eddsworld videos since it feels wrong to me and 3. I want to stay true to this channel and make it FNAF related, or with Elizabeth Afton. Though I still managed to place in a minor reference (hence the “not the face!” Part Lmao).
Since I really despise Gacha reaction videos, I thought, why not make my own special version of them?
Yeah but I really don’t like most Gacha reaction videos because they’re so boring. It’s just two screenshots of the most random characters reacting to the most random of things. They just change their expressions to be scared/shocked whenever something bloody happens even though they even use characters who aren’t scared of that kind of stuff and still are.
I’m not saying that all Gacha reaction videos are bad, in fact, I’ve seen a couple of good ones that have good editing, actual good reactions that engage with what’s going on, and accurate to their characters they’re meant to be portraying.
But unfortunately that’s usually buried under all of that boring lazy stuff that gets way more views.
I’d say this stupid reaction video, while it is meant as a joke, is about 20% better than most reaction videos these days solely for the fact the characters are actually somewhat reacting.
Sorry if the pacing is way too fast, I just realized how fast paced my videos are so I had to make their reactions go quick if I wanted to get it in lmao
Also, I’ve said this a very long time ago in the past and I’m going to say it again.
I hate making reaction videos.
Even the process of them are so boring if you’re at least trying to make them have good reactions.
I wish I was doing something better, but no, I’m doing this instead.
