Two passengers were escorted off a plane by police after a Jet2 flight from Edinburgh was diverted to Germany.

The aircraft was bound for Dalaman in Turkey before the pilot made an emergency landing in Cologne on October 8 due to “disruptive passenger behaviour”.

German officers then boarded flight LS781 and offloaded two passengers from the craft.
