Description: STEMCELL’s portfolio of TeSR™ 3D-optimized media products have been developed for robust and scalable suspension culture of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) in aggregates. The workflows include non-enzymatic dissociation using the Gentle Cell Dissociation Reagent and filter-based trituration. For larger-scale hPSC suspension cultures, STEMCELL recommends the PBS-MINI Bioreactor with 0.1 L and 0.5 L vessels.
