The 3rd stage of the passage plan is called execution. After the passage plan is finalized, the passage should be executed in accordance with the plan or any changes.
When executing the plan the following factors should be taken into the account.
The reliability and condition of the boat's navigational equipment.
Estimated time of arrival at critical points for the tide heights and flows
Meteorogical conditions in the passage areas.
The possibility of position fixing accuracy and passing of danger points.

Buoys can easily disconect from their positions and are prone to drift
Chect traffic conditions, especially in areas at navigational focal points
