In honor of 7,500 total video views, here's something a little different. I don't normally post live music, and I probably won't do it that much either. But I figured that you guys might want something a little different anyway!
I guess you could call this a form of a face reveal; this is a recording of me playing the violin-bass duet, Passacaglia, by Handel Halvorsen (I'm on the bass). I played this as a part of my last concert in high school, and I must say that is the most fun I've had on stage in my life. It wasn't perfect; people who have heard this before will notice that we skipped a phrase (because we had 3 weeks to work it up, and it just wasn't going to happen), and there were some intonation errors, mostly on my end. All in all, though, it went really well.
If you guys like this kind of video, I also have a recording of "Lux Aeterna" (from Requiem for a Dream) that I arranged and played with the rest of the senior class. Let me know, and I might upload it later. As always, comments are always appreciated, and let me know what you'd like to see next.
